In fact, some people have even remarked that they only WISH they suffered from low blood pressure instead of struggling with hypertension. Afterall, if the heart must not be struggling.

Normal blood pressure the desired goal.

Serious heart conditions and or even shock can occur if blood pressure is too low.

Symptoms tend to exist with very low pressure also.

Mental accuity such as decreased concentration, heart palpatations and feeling clammy name just a few of the possible symptoms.

Interestly, unlike high blood pressure, it is the symptoms that can signify the presence of low blood pressure. Whereas high blood pressure often presents no symptoms.

Both both high and low blood pressure require monitoring and awareness.

It is suggested that breakfast should not be ignored for a number of reasons, and here is one more. Some people are able to alleviate mild symptoms by insuring sufficient food in take, especially when starting the day.

Avoiding positions that further constrict blood flow can also help. For instance, sitting with ankles gently crossed or straight ahead is far better than crossing the legs at the knees.

My High Blood Pressure Program can also make a huge difference. It actually normalizes blood pressure, which is why it can be utilized by both high and low blood pressure sufferers.
