The American market is currently flooded with poor quality cue cases, manufactured by the thousands in the sweat shops of across Chine, before being shipped to the US. As a result, these cheap, low grade leather or PVC cases have made it increasingly difficult to find a good quality cue case, a custom made case which is made to the highest of standards.

There is very little craftsmanship involved and as much as possible of the production process is automated. Very little attention is paid to quality control procedures and so many defected products get through and are shipped to customers.

Exceeding 100 years of combined experience in fine leather craftsmanship, my small hand picked team, at a modest factory in the foot hills of Thailand, are combining their skills to produce custom made cases to a standard unheard of in today’s market.

Having become remarkably adept at enforcing strict quality control and having refused acceptance of numerous consignments, I have secured a well earned reputation between local suppliers; a reputation which now ensures, the leather being delivered to me is of the very highest quality. While there are admittedly many grades of leather suitable for making cue cases, Talisman Billiards Accessories uses only premium grade, chrome tanned leather.

There are several different types of pool cue case. Some are constructed around pvc tubes, some are constructed around a molded plastic interior and there are some that do not have any reinforced interior and these are referred to as soft pool cue cases.

Our ranges of Talisman cue cases are crafted with configurations to accommodate 2×4, 3×5, 3×6 and 4×8 but/shaft ratios. Case length is standard, based on a cue length of 32″ although we can and do produce cases, specific to customer requirements.

Customers wishing to further customize their case, in addition to sizes and length, may choose to have the case embossed with their name, a company name, a logo or in fact, any design of their choice.

In order for us to emboss requested names or designs, we have to order and purchase the required embossing plate from a third party. To avoid any misunderstandings and a possible increase in cost, all embossing details must be agreed and finalized by both the customer and myself.

When doing the embossing we can also apply a gold or silver foil to the embossing. This makes the artwork come alive and looks particularly nice as it matches the gold or silver accessories on the cue case.

Talisman Billiards Accessories and our team of skilled craftsmen are currently offering two case styles. Talisman Original, which is the first style, is crafted in the classic cue case style. Together with good looks a twin back straps, this is a rugged, hard wearing case which offers superior cue protection.

Our second style is the Talisman Tribal case, a style in which practicality and class, go hand in hand. Skilfully decorated with Maori art, this case also includes a side handle, top handle and shoulder strap. Maori artwork used for the decoration of these extraordinary cases is original artwork from New Zealand.
