Cellulite is an inflammation of the connective tissue caused by poisons resulting in localized fat storage. It can be caused by a bacterial infection. The correct medical term used for cellulite is localized lipodystrophy. As we know everyone has different skin structure, skin tone, and levels of body fat - which is why some people have cellulite, and some do not. Parts of body affected by cellulite are usually stuffed with organic waste matter, which is normally rejected through urine or other excretory processes.

The connective tissue is to be found in the body wherever there are no organs. Under the skin, it is known as subcutaneous cellular tissue. In case of cellulite, this connective tissue fills with lymph containing much waste matter, which irritates it and causes it to contract. It then fills with water. Water thickens into mucus, which in turn becomes semi-solid matter. This congests the cellular tissue, which then becomes painful. This is cellulite. Cellulite is not exclusive to women. Nearly 30% of cases afflict men. Most women have disfiguring cellulite-loose flabby fat trapped in hardened networks of elastin and collagen fibers. There is no miracle cure for it. However, you can see great results by effective natural ways.

Diagnosing cellulite

Symptoms of cellulite may include tenderness, pain, swelling, and redness at the site of infection. Toxins and fluid is trapped under the skin and usually the thighs and knees are affected covering up the bone projections. Cellulite on the leg and thigh can be particularly embarrassing but this does happen.

Most women find lower limbs getting to store more fat and even more fat tends to get stored in the hips, thighs and buttocks where this “tufting” becomes so pronounced that it dimples. Also, the belief that only heavy or obese women suffer from cellulite is not true and fact is even some fitness models suffer from it. Women with any weight can have cellulite.

How can one cure the cellulite ? Factors causing cellulite:-

O Any diet which is poor in fiber content and high fat can disturb the body’s digestive system and the body finds it tough to expel toxins.

O Exercise and stress play important role here. Lack of former and abundance of latter causes conditions favorable to development of cellulite. Slow down blood circulation is also a culprit.

O Family and hereditary factor

There are a couple ways one can apply to help combat cellulite and its negative effects, but if you’re genetically prone to it in a certain area, it is unlikely you will ever be totally rid of it. Exercising the muscles and trying to burn the toxins through oxygen is one way. In fact this one aspect can sometimes be highly beneficial in cellulite.

Oxygen can consume poisons at only two points: the lungs and the muscles, which work together for purification in the body. Fatigue, like sedentariness, is an important factor in cellulite and these can be relieved by regular exercising, but avoid over-exerting your body. Learn to breathe in open air. Avoid toxic foods and alcohol that attacks three basic defenses - the digestive system, the nervous system and the kidney system.
