From time to time, webmasters change the purpose or type of site they have on their domain.  Recently, I came across a site that has just done that: TowerPromote.com.

If you look in Archive.org you can see what a site has been in the past.  Looking at this site, it was mostly an advertising sales website – mostly banner advertising.  There have been a few changes since the beginning – mostly cosmetic changes.

Just this year, TowerPromote.com changed again.  Now, it is a SEO friendly link directory.  This helps webmasters get better search engine rankings (by listing their site and getting a backlink), as well as help people find sites on the web.

Is the change good?  I think so.  Just go check them out and decide for yourself.
